Test users are not able to post their query in discussion forum. Is that fine? or Only educator/trainer has to post a question / opinion?

Thank you for your feedback.
Indeed initially we had this enabled only for privileged users (for a testing period).
This functionality is now available to all Authenticated users, so they should be able to post new discussions, view or reply to other discussions.
